Un rapide bonjour

After her lunch break, Lena leaves a café. She has a small coffee in her right hand and walks to her office. Then she hears a voice. It is Noah, an old friend from school.

“Hey, Noah! It’s been a long time!” she says. “Hi, Lena! How are you?” “I’m fine, just very busy,” she says with a smile. “And you? How are you?” “Same here,” Noah says. He laughs.

It’s great to see you again. “We should see each other again soon,” Lena says. Noah smiles and agrees. “I’d be happy to,” he says.

They both look at their watches. “My bus is arriving,” Noah says. “And I have to go to a meeting,” Lena says.

“Let’s have lunch together one of these days,” he says. “Good idea!” Lena smiles. “How about next Wednesday at 12:30 at Pinnucio’s Pizza Bar?” “That’s perfect for me,” Noah says.

“Great, see you then,” Lena says.
