Summary

Willem is 35 and lives in Oudewater, in the province of Utrecht. He keeps a diary to plan his day and reflect on what went well and what he wants to improve. He wakes to the church bell and birds, feels tired after a late night, and decides to take things calmly.

After breakfast and a quick morning routine, he heads to the local tourist office, helps a couple with an easy walk, and solves a small printer problem by working step by step. He takes a short café break, then eats a simple lunch of sandwiches at home. In the afternoon he answers more questions, finishes work, does some shopping, and laughs with his friend Marc. The day ends with vegetable soup, a little TV and reading, and a final diary note before bed—quiet, warm, and satisfied.
