Summary

Javier lives in San Miguel and keeps a diary to organize his day and track what he feels. He wakes to the church bell and birds, feels tired after a late night, and sets a clear intention: to stay calm.

At the small tourist office, he helps visitors with easy directions and handles a brief printer problem by breathing and fixing it step by step. After a simple lunch at home, he answers more questions in the afternoon, shops and laughs with his friend Marc, and ends the day with warm soup, a little reading, and a grateful diary note before sleep.
