If the customer makes a different request, we review the model and update the offer. In the end we want a stable, useful result.

For product development we follow a step-by-step process. First we define a model, then we test it in a limited area. Each department does its part and communicates with the others. In this way cooperation becomes real, not just a word. At the end of the development we write a report and share it with management. We also include problems and solutions so everything is clear. Then we move to full production.

In the factory, production follows clear rules and clear timing. The factory works every day, and each line has a supervisor. There is quality control, and the check is strict. If a part is not good, the line stops and it is corrected. This order avoids waste and reduces the cost. Also, the use of the machines is monitored so people work safely. In this way, the factory produces better and with fewer errors.

When a company grows, it must also think about management and risks. A company can have an office in one city and other offices in other areas. In the main office, they decide the plan and they check the budget. For some projects, a fund is needed, and the fund must be well defined. Each euro has value and must be used well. If even one euro is missing, you notice it immediately in the total cost. For this reason, management is as important as the project.

In a society, there are rules and responsibilities: you cannot “do as you want”. The society lives inside a State and follows the law. Each person has a right, but also a duty. Sometimes a law has an article and also a paragraph that explains a detail. When there is a doubt, you read the document and you look for the right part. So the rules stay clear and conflicts are avoided. In this way, society works better.
